DimBuy.com Raises HK$10M in Series A Financing from S.F. Express
Focusing on e-commerce business to strengthen its leading market position
Hong Kong, January 6, 2016 – Global e-commerce services portal DimBuy.com (hereinafter referred to as “DimBuy”) announced the completion of Series A financing of HK$ 10 million with S.F. Express, global logistics services provider. With its total stake valued at HK$130,000,000, DimBuy plans to use the proceeds of financing to expand its cross-border e-commerce and international parcel forwarding service business to meet the increasing demands of the cross-border e-commerce market.

“One-stop global online-shopping and distribution services” would be the key focus for DimBuy’s business direction. Leveraging the rich logistics resources and extensive network of S.F. Express, DimBuy would be able to accelerate its cross-border e-commerce development, especially in mainland China, and to optimize the whole logistics operations, supply chains and warehouse management, as well as the overall delivery efficiency to strengthen its leading market position.
Cross-border e-commerce to contribute to significant growth
Customers had been mainly originated from Hong Kong. DimBuy’s future plan would be to expand its customer base to mainland China and Taiwan by the second quarter of 2016, and later to other regions of the world.
In 2015, the Company achieved in expanding its parcel forwarding services to Hong Kong from solely the mainland to Taiwan, Japan, Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom and Germany. The Company is planning to support the ever-increasing multi-country cross-border e-commerce transactions, which would fuel the Company’s rapid growth in the global market.
